We don’t always have to start from scratch. I believe in reusing, updating and refreshing elements that are still relevant. Three of the clients pillows are in great shape, they only required new custom pillow cases, so new coordinating fabric was sourced for the workroom.

Craving a little chocolate right about now? Rocky Performance Velvet collection from Schumacher, is giving this room the extra deliciousness it needs. Hence, two 21” square’s and one lumbar pillow covering will be created. A beautiful welting detail will be applied for a little braided (nod to the braiding in the grasscloth) embellishment and contrast.

Then two new velvet striped pillows will be added for more pattern and visual interest. The original seat cushion works great with the new editions so it will stay.

I can’t wait to show you how great our updated window seat looks with a few changes.
