THE HOTHOUSE COMMUNITY

The Hothouse Community

A community birthed out of interior design and over 35 years of combined experience. “The Hothouse Community,”is was born out of the need to build a deeper connection to our homes as well as each other.

We believe that it’s not enough just to have a beautiful home. Rather we are striving to elevate our home life experience and environment. Our space was built to create deeper human engagement and support through gatherings, retreats and events.

There are several ways to engage with the community. The Hothouse Community has a member page on Facebook, a presence on Instagram and a YouTube channel where you can view recent events. There we stream interviews with guest from all walks of life who generously share their life’s journey and experiences.

Currently we are working toward joyful retreats, eventually providing traveling experiences. “The Hothouse community,” will also attend your event bringing our community mission to raise awareness,on wellness and better gardening our lives to cultivate and elevate the home + life connection.

What do we talk about? The events would be in the areas of wellness, food, photography, art, fashion, holistic living, and entertainment. Our dialogue is open to any area that is on the journey of designing a better life and living from the inside out, with an emphasis of celebrating everyday…no special occasion necessary.

Please accept our invitation to engage with our group and build our community. Positive connections are contagious. Let’s keep this going!

We hope to see you soon!

It all started during a Pandemic…

A “live” happened on Instagram out of isolation. It was a call to anyone who was feeling the same loss of socialization. The response was more than expected and from that new friendships and relationships emerged. Initially it was labeled, “Styleup.” It was an extension of my interior design business. However after sometime, it grew into something I hadn’t expected and began to take on a life of it’s own. My great friend, Linda Holt and I began to see a need for a community to gather and retreat with other women who were feeling a need for more socialization and “The Hothouse Community,” was born.
